Well, I am going to mush a few things that have just struck a nerve . . . ironically they are both things that older women have done. . .

This Christmas was really nice. There were a few family issues:

My aunt couldn’t eat with the family, but she did enjoyed her slushy and sat at the table with the family. (She only has a few more chemo sessions, and then the doctors are going to wait to see what to do next. The good news is that she had entire slushy in one sitting finally.)

It has been one hell of a week and it’s only Thursday. . . Sunday through Tuesday Tom and I both had a horrible stomach flu. I haven’t stomach flu like since I was in high school almost ten years ago.

Well, it is almost noon on this nice sunny Saturday and I have yet to go to bed., I took a nap last nice and now I feel half awake with very little focus.

Tom’s birthday week went awesome. The cake turn out great, and we both had a blast. We got a couch, chair and computer monitor out of it.

Today is the last day of my Hiatus, actually Wednesday was supposed to be, but I decided to hold off a few more days as my mom and my uncle decided to hang out this week as well. I enjoy cooking and having someone else cleans it up for once. I do believe by end of this year we are all going to be sick of each other.
